Mike Haines

Black Belt, 3rd Dan. Chief Instructor

Mr. Michael Haines is the founder and Chief Instructor of the Blackburn T.A.G.B. Tae Kwon-Do Academy.

Mr. Haines has been involved in martial arts for over 37 years. His martial arts training began at the age of 9and since then he has practiced several different styles, sometimes travelling to the country of origin and training with native students and masters.

Upon joining the T.A.G.B. Mr. Haines reverted right back to White Belt (beginner stage) in order to establish the correct basics in the T.A.G.B. system of Tae Kwon-Do and to earn the rank of Black Belt

Currently a 3rd Dan, he is a fully qualifed instructor with full C.R.B. certification, as well as holding referee and umpire qualifications.
